Our Story

More than an academy. A movement.

At Kipawa, we're building more than technical footballers. We're developing young leaders, disciplined athletes, and citizens who will elevate Kenyan football and their communities.

Team players working towards mission and goals

Our Mission

Develop players to their full potential and provide a pathway for them to play professional football locally or overseas, attain football scholarship in the United States, and pursue non-playing football career.

Young athletes envisioning their future and potential

Our Vision

To develop players to their full potential and in the process also help them develop character traits that will serve them well for the rest of their lives.

How it works

From first kick to next level — in four clear steps.

01

Inquire

Reach out and tell us about your child — age, position, goals, branch preference.

02

Assess

Attend a friendly trial session. We evaluate technical baseline, attitude and fit.

03

Train

Join structured weekly sessions guided by qualified coaches and a clear curriculum.

04

Progress

Tracked development, match exposure, and pathway opportunities as players grow.

Program pillars

Four pillars. One complete player.

Every Kipawa session is intentional. Our curriculum balances skill, intelligence, athleticism and character so players develop as a whole.
Pillar 01
Technical

First touch, ball mastery, finishing.

Daily reps that build confident, two-footed players who can play under pressure.

Pillar 02
Tactical

Reading the game, making decisions.

Positional play, transitions and scenarios that teach players to think like a footballer.

Pillar 03
Physical

Speed, agility, durability.

Age-appropriate strength, mobility and conditioning that prevents injury and unlocks performance.

Pillar 04
Character

Discipline, integrity, leadership.

Habits and values that shape exceptional people — long after football.
